Course: Management in English

In a changing, complex, and ambiguous market environment, companies need employees with leadership skills.  There is an increasing number of collaborative problem-solving platforms and virtual teams that emphasize individual initiative. Staff are expected to make decisions that resonate with the company's strategy and culture. Therefore, it is important that employees have the right competences. During your studies, you will develop the necessary managerial skills to organize work with the use of appropriate instruments of motivation and control.
CHOOSING THE FIELD OF MANAGEMENT
YOU WILL LEARN:
diagnosing the organizational culture and determining its importance for the functioning of the company, 
making effective managerial decisions, 
analyzing the current company situation,
planning and implementing changes in the company, 
implementing the quality management system
skills of strategic human resources management, 
modern methods of recruitment and selection, 
good practices of motivating employees, 
how to shape ethical relations with employees.

YOU WILL GAIN PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES:
in the field of intellectual capital, team, change, innovation, risk and quality administration
allowing for the establishment and conduct of business activity
enabling effective management and leadership 
facilitating the decisions regarding business and functional strategies
allowing for independent design of enterprise management systems and management of employee teams
